Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your Hismile™ items in their original boxes to ensure they arrive back to us in good condition.

  Ship Your Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
